2011 couldn't come any faster, so let's kick off those Champagne wishes & Chilean Sea Bass dreams with menus from Chic Wine Bar in LA and Chateaux Lounge in OC.
Brought to you by the creator of Pastis and Bloom Cafe, Chic Wine Bar is a quaint Miracle Mile neighborhood restaurant boasting with tons of flavor and romantic atmosphere. I was lucky enough to eat here a couple years back on a night where complimentary Hors d'oeuvres & Wine were passed. Everything was authentic from the Onion Tarts to the Escargot. And while the menu has since changed – and does so regularly depending on the season – it never ceases to amaze.
Want dinner, DJ, and dancing? Then check out Chateaux Restaurant & Lounge on MacArthur Blvd. in Newport Beach. Their menu is simple modern just like their decor: dark chocolate & white hues, 6 fireplaces, 8 chandeliers, and VIP seating. After dinner, sip on "creative" Cocktails and bump to ambient beats til the ball drops.
