My trusty hand model is from the Central Coast in California. So, when he heard a new restaurant had just opened in Huntington Beach, serving Santa Maria style Steaks (a.k.a. Tri-Tip), there was no question where we were eating for dinner.
SeaSalt Woodfire Grill is a celebration of "Old Western" Santa Maria style cooking, dating back 180 years. Meats were slow-grilled over a redwood oak fire, and served with Beans and farm fresh Veggies. The seasoning was simple – salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
Today, SeaSalt pays tribute to the flavoring with a modern twist, offering 8 different Finishing Salts to accompany your dish.
The atmosphere blends old and new with outdoor firepits, warm woods, and "New" Western decor.
