Located in Santa Ana, Cauldron is not your average Ice Cream shop. Instead of serving hard packed Ice Cream, they churn it fresh with Sweet Cream and Liquid Nitrogen. The frosty fog that billows from the "cauldron" is really quite a sight to see, and only takes a few seconds.
Speaking of sights, they even get crafty, shaping your Ice Cream order into flowers like roses.
And, don't leave without one of you trying their famous "Puffle" – a soft, pillowy, puffy handmade Waffle Cone.

Cauldron's Ice Cream is a light consistency, and not as creamy as I had hoped for.
But, the unique flavor combinations from Rose to Milk & Cereal, and their original Puffle Cone, make this one sweet spot!
