This Thursday is National Pumpkin Pie Day and in my family, it's kind of a big deal – well, at least for me.
Pumpkin is one of my favorite foods – ever. It's creamy, comforting, and can be enjoyed all year 'round in forms such as Lattes, Smoothies, Donuts, Muffins, Macarons, Cupcakes, Cheesecakes, Ice Creams, and at its purest, Pies.
