Spring has definitely sprung. The flowers are in bloom, the sun is shining bright, and the weather outside is just perfect.
So to celebrate all of Earth Day's finest, enjoy some farm-to-table California cuisine on the green at Harvest Restaurant.
Tucked inside Aliso Canyon, Harvest Restaurant offers a mini escape at The Ranch LB resort. It's a newly renovated rustic retreat complete with cornhole, live music, daily Happy Hour, spa treatments, event spaces, and 180-degree views of the 9-hole golf course.

The menu is chock full of Earth's finest such as fresh fruits, herbs & vegetables from their half-acre garden to whole Cyprus Branzino, Kurobata Pork Chop Al Pastor, and Creekstone 28-day Dry-aged Bone-in Rib Eye.
